Team Iron Buzz is looking for passionate Customer Success Manager to strengthen the post-tattoo connections between our artists and clients, enhancing the customer journey and fostering lifelong loyalty within the Iron Buzz community.
As our Honey Guide, you’ll be the heart of our studio, forging strong connections between our talented artists and our valued clients. Your role is crucial in enhancing the customer journey, ensuring every client feels valued, supported, and excited to return. From providing exceptional aftercare guidance to promoting our latest offerings, you will create an environment where customers become lifelong members of our Iron Buzz community.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Be the primary contact for clients post-tattoo, guiding them through aftercare and ensuring they’re thrilled with their experience.
Conduct follow-up communications to check on customer satisfaction and encourage feedback.
Foster relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
Artist Support:
Collaborate closely with tattoo artists to understand their styles, strengths, and schedules, ensuring that clients receive tailored experiences.
Assist in resolving any artist-related queries or issues raised by clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
Promotions & Upselling:
Identify opportunities for upselling aftercare products, future sessions, and exclusive studio promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with our client base, driving engagement and repeat business.
Feedback Loop:
Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to overall studio enhancements.
Work with the studio management team to implement changes based on client insights, ensuring continuous growth and satisfaction.
Community Building:
Organise events and activities that foster a sense of community among clients, such as client appreciation days and art showcases.
Actively engage with clients on social media, sharing their stories and experiences to build a vibrant studio culture.
Qualifications
Experience
1-3 years in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, ideally within a creative or artistic environment.
Communication Skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clients in a friendly and relatable manner.
Relationship Management
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, focused on creating a positive experience.
Sales Acumen
Comfortable with upselling and promoting services in a way that feels natural and beneficial to clients.
Problem-Solving
Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive client experience.
Tech-Savvy
Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms, with an ability to leverage technology to enhance customer interactions.
