Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1st, 2024

This Cancellation and Deposit Policy ("Policy") is intended to outline the terms and conditions governing cancellations, rescheduling, and deposit refunds at Iron Buzz Tattoo Studio ("Studio"). By booking an appointment, the client ("Client") agrees to comply with all provisions outlined in this Policy.

  1. Deposit Requirement:

    1.1. All appointments at the Studio require a non-refundable deposit ("Deposit") to secure the Client's appointment time.
    1.2. The Deposit will be credited towards the final cost of the Client's tattoo.

  2. Non-Refundable Deposit:

    2.1. All Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
    2.2. The Deposit compensates for the time and effort the Studio’s tattoo artists ("Artists") dedicate to preparing for the Client's appointment, including but not limited to:

    • Initial consultations via phone, email, or social media.

    • Artwork design and customization.

    • Preparation of stencils and other materials necessary for the tattoo procedure.

    • Scheduling and reserving the appointment slot exclusively for the Client.

  3. Cancellations and No-Shows:

    3.1. In the event of a cancellation or no-show by the Client, the Deposit will be forfeited.
    3.2. The Studio will not issue any refunds for cancellations or no-shows, as this directly impacts the Artist's schedule and prevents other Clients from booking during the reserved time.

  4. Rescheduling:

    4.1. The Client may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without losing the Deposit.
    4.2. Rescheduled appointments are subject to the availability of the Artist, and the Deposit will be applied to the new appointment date.

  5. Preparation and Materials:

    5.1. The Studio makes substantial preparations prior to each appointment, including but not limited to:

    • Setting up needles, tubes, machines, seating, and benches.

    • Ensuring all equipment is sanitized and the environment is prepared to meet hygienic standards.

    5.2. The costs incurred from these preparations are included in the Deposit and are non-refundable.

  6. Refunds:

    6.1. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, except at the sole discretion of the Studio in exceptional cases.
    6.2. Any refund, if granted, will be solely at the Studio’s discretion and communicated to the Client in writing.

  7. Agreement to Terms:

    By proceeding with the booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this Policy. The Studio reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time, with or without notice.
