Pricing & Payment Breakups

This Pricing and Payment Policy ("Policy") outlines the pricing structure and payment terms for all tattoo services provided by Iron Buzz Tattoo Studio ("Studio"). By booking an appointment, the client ("Client") agrees to adhere to all provisions specified in this Policy.
Pricing Structure:
1.1. Base Cost:
A base fee of Rs. 2500 is applicable for all tattoo services, which includes a Beespoke tattoo aftercare kit, a complimentary beverage from our partner, Mazi Coffee, and secures the Client's consultation and appointment time.1.2. Tattoo Cost per Square Inch:
The final cost of the tattoo is determined by the size and complexity of the design, calculated per square inch, and varies according to the experience level of the tattoo artist ("Artist") as follows:Junior Artist: Rs. 1249 per square inch
Intermediate Artist: Rs. 1499 per square inch
Senior Artist: Rs. 1999 per square inch
Lead Artist: Rs. 2499 per square inch
Chief Artist: Rs. 3499 per square inch
1.3. Additional Charges:
Additional charges may apply for custom artwork, complex designs, or extended sessions beyond the originally agreed-upon time frame. These will be communicated to the Client before the commencement of the tattoo session.2. Payment Terms:
2.1. Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit ("Deposit") is required to secure all appointments, as detailed in the Cancellation and Deposit Policy. The Deposit amount will be deducted from the final cost of the tattoo.2.2. Payment Methods:
The Studio accepts the following payment methods:Cash
Credit/Debit Cards (an additional 2.5% processing fee will apply to all card transactions)
UPI/Online Payment Platforms
2.3. Final Payment:
The remaining balance after deducting the Deposit must be paid in full immediately upon completion of the tattoo session. The Studio does not offer payment plans or installment options.3. Taxes and Additional Fees:
3.1. Goods and Services Tax (GST):
All tattoo services are subject to an 18% GST tax, which will be added to the final cost.3.2. Card Payment Processing Fee:
A processing fee of 2.5% will be applied to all payments made by credit or debit card.4. Additional Services and Products:
4.1. Aftercare Products:
The Studio offers aftercare products ("Beespoke" soap and cream) to aid in the healing of your tattoo. These products are available for purchase at an additional cost and are recommended to ensure optimal healing and maintenance of your tattoo.4.2. Touch-ups:
Touch-up sessions are not included in the initial pricing and will incur additional charges. Pricing for touch-ups will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of the work required.5. Price Adjustments:
5.1. The Studio reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Any price adjustments will not affect Clients who have already secured appointments and paid their Deposit.
6. Agreement to Terms:
By booking an appointment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this Policy. The Studio reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time, with or without notice.
